Сценка для уроков английского языка. Ромео и Джульета

Автор: In the town of Verona, in Italy, there were two rich families: The Capulets… The Montegues.
There was an old quarrel between them, and when The Capulets met The Montegues, they always began to fight.
Джульетта: (представляется выходит на середину и говорит) There was a daughter Juliet in The Capulets family, who was fourteen.
Ромео: (выходит на середину и представляется) And a son, Romeo, in The Montegues family, who was sixteen.
Меркуцио: (выходит на середину) One evening Romeo’s friend Mercutio was invited to the Capulet’s party
Ромео: (подходит к другу) And he took me with him. We wore masks on our faces. When dancing began I saw a young and a very beautiful girl, whom I didn’t know.
Меркуцио отходит в сторону, а Ромео видит Джульетту. Джульетта подходит к Ромео.
Джульетта: This was me.
Ромео: And I fell in love with her.
Джульетта: He came to me and we began to speak.
Ромео берет Джульетту за руку.
На середину выходит Тибальт.
Автор: But Juliet’s cousin Tybalt recognize Romeo and wanted to fight with him.
Ромео и Тибальт обнажают шпаги.
Тибальт: Here is Montegue in the house of Capulet.
Меркуцио разводит их в стороны.
Автор: The fight didn’t take place, because old Capulet didn’t give his permission…
Ромео бросает взгляд на Джульетту и клонится ей.
Ромео: But I had to leave the house. I didn’t go home, I went into the Capulet’s garden.
Ромео уходит. Около окна появляется Джульетта. Ромео тоже подходит к окну и встает на одно колено.
Джульетта: I couldn’t sleep that night, I fell in love with Romeo too.
Автор: She went up to the window of her room and from there she saw Romeo in the garden.
They talked about their love and about the quarrel between their families.
Ромео: I asked Juliet to marry me the next day. We decided that nobody must know about our marriage and about our love.
Ромео тянет руки к Джульетте. Она утвердительно кивает головой.
Ромео идет к Священнику.
Автор: In the early morning Romeo went to see Friar Lawrence, an old man, who could marry him to Juliet. He was a friend of both families The Montegues and The Capulets.
Священник: I thought that a marriage between Romeo and Juliet could end the old quarrel, so I decided to marry them.
Сцена венчания Ромео и Джульетты.
Автор: The next day Romeo and Juliet came to Friar Lawrance and he married them.
Джульетта: I went home to wait for my young husband, Romeo, who promised to come at night into our garden.
Джульетта уходит со сцены. Появляются Ромео с Меркуцио, навстречу им идет Тибальт.
Меркуцио: Romeo went into the town and met me. In one of the streets we saw Tybalt with a group of Capulets.
Тибальт: I attacked them and killed Mercutio.
Тибальт убивает Меркуцио. Тот падает.
Ромео: It made me angry, and I began to fight with Tybalt. Ромео бросается на Тибальта и убивает его. And I killed him too.
Автор: The Prince of Verona decided that Romeo must get a punishment. Romeo had to leave Verona. This was a terrible thing for Romeo and Juliet.
Джульетта выходит на середину и начинает рассказывать.
Джульетта: Some days later my father called me and said, that I had to marry another man, whose name was Paris. I was afraid to tell my father about our marriage to Romeo. And I had to go to Friar Lawrance for help.
Джульетта подходит к священнику.
Священник: I listened her. Gave her a bottle of medicine. This medicine will put you to sleep for forty-two hours.
Джульетта: I went home and drank the medicine.
Джульетта приходи домой. Ложится, выпивает зелье и засыпает.
Автор: When Juliet’s mother came into the room she thought, that Juliet was dead. So Juliet was put into a family tomb.
Ромео выходит на середину и рассказывает.
Ромео: I heard about Juliet’s death, so I became very unhappy. I bought poison and went back to Verona.
Автор: He came to the Capulet’s tomb and saw at his Juliet for a long time. Then he kissed her and drank his poison. He fell down at Juliet’s feet.
Ромео стоит на коленях перед Джульеттой. Целует ей руку. Выпивает яд и падает ей в ноги. В это время просыпается Джульетта.
Джульетта: I wake up at this moment and saw my dear Romeo.
Джульетта в ужасе хватает нож и ударяет себя в сердце. Падает.
Автор: She took a knife and killed herself. They were so young and loving. They couldn’t live without each other. Keep your love!
